I invite you for a meeting, which will help you get a grasp of what is happening to you. We will look at your problems and their possible causes. We will think about available solutions and further help, if necessary.
Psychological consultations are usually one to three meetings, which can be useful on its own or can be an introduction to a longer therapeutic work.

Psychotherapy is a „talking cure” – but it’s not like a conversation with a friend - it’s an interaction based on specific therapeutic methods. These methods enable us to re-enact the history of your life and create a new one.
Psychotherapy brings relief from suffering, but it’s also aimed at bringing a long-lasting change – of habits, beliefs and behaviour patterns, that are no longer relevant. Our goal is to replace them with more adaptable ways of reacting to life’s challenges and chances.
Sessions take place once or twice a week, in the same place and time. They are conducted in an atmosphere of safety, trust and confidentiality. Psychotherapy lasts from few months to even few years. It is best to look at it as an investment into yourself – today’s decision is a better life in the future.
Psychotherapy helps with depression, anxiety, psychosomatic symptoms. It’s a treatment of choice for personality disorders. But sometimes you don’t know what your „diagnosis” is – you just feel bad and you don’t know why. Book a consultation meeting and take a first step into better health.

Short-term counselling (crisis help)
This form of help usually includes several meetings, aimed at providing you with support and suggestions how to best cope with your current circumstances, so you can regain your psychological balance.
Counselling is for people who found themselves in a difficult life situation and they feel they need some help in coping with psychological stress associated with it. If you suffer because of a break up, loss of a loved one, illness within your family, loss of a job, sudden life change or you find it difficult to cope after giving birth – this kind of help is for you.
It is worth emphasizing that crisis support is a temporary help and it can’t replace deep psychological work of psychotherapy. It is for people who function well in general but right now go through an emotional turmoil for one reason or another. However, during the meetings, it may turn out that the problem lies deeper in the psyche and that longer therapeutic work is needed.
